Returns
Store Credit Only
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. We do not cancel orders please do not ask us to!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items:
These items are final sale and will not be exchanged or refunded. If a code is to be used and you checked out without code we do not refund that. If a code doesn’t work please do not checkout send us a note. We cannot reverse this.
Only regular priced items may be refunded by store credit m or exchanged (if item is still in stock)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item (reminder sale items are final sale and are not included) for the same item, send us an email at dazzlindaizies@yahoo.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for shipping.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price. Dazzlin Daizies does not provide insurance on First Class Mail, neither does USPS
If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where Dazzlin Daizies will need to contact the courier. Please let us know if you need assistance).
All shipping costs are your responsibility, If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us, and for us to ship the new item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Dazzlin Daizies cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
